Sonim XP3300 Force is World’s Toughest Phone According to Guinness

Do you want a super tough phone? One that could possibly outlast you?  Try the Sonim XP3300 Force which has just been certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as The World’s Toughest Phone.

The Sonim XP3300 Force survived an extreme drop test from 25 meters onto concrete without operational damage.  That height is estimated to be higher than a twelve-story building.  The handset has undergone extensive testing according to Sonim.  It has been dragged behind boats and quad bikes, driven over by cars, immersed in ice and concrete, sandblasted and submerged.

Sonim also claims that the XP3300 force has the longest talk time of any cellphone in the world at 20 to 24 hours.  The toughness of this phone is made possible by a fiberglass shell and 1.5 millimeters of Gorilla Glass over the display.  The XP3300 has a 2 megapixel camera with LED flash, GPS/AGPS support and a color display.
