BlueStacks App Player Brings Android Apps to Windows Desktop

Addicted to your Android apps?  Soon it’s going to be possible to bring your favorite apps to your desktop.  BlueStacks just revealed an alpha version of its App Player which makes it possible  to run Android apps on Windows PCs, tablets or desktops.  App Player runs these apps without need of modifications.

Bluestacks App Player is currently available as a free download here.  It comes with 10 pre-loaded apps right now and can support 26 more. BlueStacks has a free Cloud Connect app that allows users to port third-party apps directly from the handset to computer.  This does not work on all apps at the moment but BlueStacks has plans of releasing a paid version of the App Player.  Here’s a demo video of the BlueStacks App Player.
