HTC One is Exclusive to Globe Telecom in the Philippines

The postpaid bundle comes with unlimited LTE surfing  and free calls and texts.  Subscribers can also avail of the HTC One for free or with minimum cashout under the contract period of their preference.   Aside from the 24-month lock-up period, contract periods of 6, 12, 18, and 30 months are now offered.
