LG G2 PH Owners Get Android 4.4 KitKat Update

As promised, lucky LG G2 owners are already getting the Android 4.4 KitKat update. The update started seeding sometime this week. According to reports, the update size is around 535MB, so make sure you have a stable WiFi connection (and some spare time) before proceeding.

As previously mentioned, the update brings improvements and optimizations to the G2′s user interface, power management, and processing speed. LG claims the phone will get a 17% speed increase, as well as improved battery life.

The LG G2 16GB variant is priced at P24,990, with the 32GB variant priced at P29,990.
