Starmobile Sky released, KitKat 4.4 and a P3,890 price tag

Starmobile quietly released yet another smartphone, the Starmobile Sky. The Sky is powered by a MediaTek quad core CPU, a smaller 4 inch screen and only 512MB of RAM. Thankfully, it comes with Android KitKat 4.4, which will help considering the low RAM.

Additionally, the Sky also has a Double Tap to Wake/Sleep feature. I think this feature should be native to all Android phones. It’s such a handy thing to have. The closest you can have to this is by setting up a double tap to sleep feature using a third party launcher that has gesture controls and a screen off app.

The Starmobile Sky retails for only P3,890. You will get the smartphone as well as a free screen protector and an 8GB Micro SD Card.
