Cherry Mobile has just launched one of the country’s most powerful and affordable locally branded smartphone. The Cosmos One Plus is the local tech giant’s latest addition to its extensive line-up.
The Cosmos One Plus is an upgraded version of company’s exclusive anniversary phone that sold for only one day last year. This year’s Plus model comes with a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display protected by Gorilla Glass 2. It has a resolution of 1080 by 1920 with an eye popping 480 ppi. In terms of processing power, you have a 2.0 GHz octa core MediaTek CPU and a huge 3GB of RAM (That’s not a typo. It really has 3GB!). It also has a 2,700 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
The Cosmos One Plus’ imaging capabilities are nothing to sneeze at as well. It has a 14 MP main camera with BSI powered by a Sony IMX 214 sensor. The front camera has an 8MP one. It’s even covered in the connectivity department with its dual SIM, dual LTE switching, WiFi, and NFC capabilities. It also comes with the latest hotknot technology, on-the-go USB support, and miracast to round-out all possible network connection options.
