Lenovo officially launches new smartphones VIBE P1, P1m and S1 in the Philippines

Lenovo recently added three new midrange smartphones to its VIBE line: the Lenovo VIBE P1 and P1m with huge battery capacities, and the Lenovo VIBE S1 with its 2 front cameras.

Lenovo VIBE P1

The VIBE P1 comes with a huge 5,000 mAh battery, one of the highest battery capacities in its class. It has a 24W quick charge function for rapid charging and a physical power saver switch to extend the battery life even further. It is also equipped with an OTG Charging feature, giving it the ability to charge other devices as well.

Aside from the huge battery, the rest of the VIBE P1’s specs are mid-range. It comes with a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display, a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, up to 32GB of storage, LTE support, a finger print scanner embedded on the home button, and an aluminum frame.

The VIBE P1m is equipped with a 4,000 mAh battery, the manual power saver switch, Quick Charge and OTG Charging. It is engineered with nato-coating technology giving it splash-proof capabilities.

The VIBE S1 is Lenovo’s answer to the selfie culture that has made our country the selfie capital of the world. The smartphone is equipped with dual front cameras, an 8MP and a 2MP, with the second camera functioning to analyze the depth of field information.

Powered by a 64-bit MediaTek octa-core processor, the VIBE S1 comes with 3GB of RAM, 32GB storage and a 5 inch full HD display. It has an 8MP main camera with a BSI sensor, LTE support, dual nano SIM slots, and a 2,500 mAh battery.

Pricing and Availabilty

The VIBE P1 and the VIBE P1m has an SRP of PHP14,999 and PHP7,999 respectively. Both are now available at authorized Lenovo Mobile dealers. It comes bundled with a free screen protector worth PHP299 and a free back cover worth PHP599.

The VIBE S1 will be available on the last week of November at all authorized Lenovo Mobile dealers. It will retail for PHP15,999 and comes with a screen protector worth PHP299 and a free back cover worth PHP599.
