Unveiled early this March, the LG G6 is finally arriving in Philippine shores. The premium flagship is now up for pre-order starting April 17 up to April 30, 2017. Those who pre-order will get exclusive freebies plus a one-year extended warranty.
“We are excited to bring the LG G6 to the Philippines very soon. We’re inviting everyone to explore the world through the lens of the LG G6. We believe we’ve produced the perfect companion to tech-savvy lifestyle of today’s generation. The LG G6 has been acclaimed with positive feedback since it was launched a few months ago, and we believe that the Filipinos will also find our latest flagship truly exciting,” said Jay Won, vice president of LG Mobile Philippines.
The LG G6 will have a retail price of Php37,900. Those who avail of the pre-order will get a free LG Tone Infinim worth Php7,490, an LG G6 case worth Php1,500, and an extended on-year LG warranty.
If you plan to pre-order, just go to any of these participating LG concept stores and partners. You would need to make a down payment of Php3,000 either through cash or credit card.
LG G6 Specs
The LG G6 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor paired with 4GB RAM and an Adreno 530 processor. It’s not the latest out there (the Snapdragon 835 comes to mind) but it’s still more than capable of providing quality performance.
The LG G6 also features dual 13MP cameras. One has a f1.8 aperture and the other f2.4. It still uses LG’s setup where one sensor provides a wide angle view. The rest of the specs include a fast charging 3,300 mAh non-removable battery, NFC, a USB Type-C port, a fingerprint sensor (at the back), and a headphone jack (which I feel should be mentioned in posts from now on).
