OPPO can Repair Your Phone in 1 hour

OPPO loves you (and we love them too). And what better way for them to show us they care than by improving after-sales service.

OPPO repairs your phone in 1 hour

Let me know if you have experienced this before: You pay good money for a smartphone, only to find out its defective. You go to the service center and are told it will take 1 to 2 weeks to check and/or repair. You have no choice and send it in. You get stressed, and you don’t have a phone.

Sadly, that’s a common scenario in electronics industries (not just on smartphones’). But OPPO seeks to change that with a bold claim. On its Facebook page, the company recently announced to improve their customer service — they promise to repair your OPPO devices in as fast as 1 hour for service center walk-in clients, and in 2 days for delivered or sent units. The news comes despite their success in the smartphone industry (the F3 is doing really well).

Now, its great that OPPO is putting a premium on after-sales service, but I suggest holding off expectations on certain scenarios. I trust OPPO when they say 1 day, but we all know that some smartphone problems and defects are more complicated than others, meaning more complex issues may take more time to fix. Its still nice to know, though, that OPPO has our backs by providing fast, quality and reliable service.

If you’re having problems with your OPPO phone, bring it to a service center and have it checked. For the complete list of OPPO’s Customer Service Centers, please click here. For more information about company, check out the source link below.
