Sony Xperia XA1 Plus Philippines: Specs, Price

Retailing for PHP16,990, the Sony Xperia XA1 Plus features a flagship look, while delivering worthwhile specs to justify its price.

The Xperia XA1 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 401 ppi pixel density. Protected by Gorilla Glass 4, it uses a 16:9 aspect ratio (rather than the popular 18:9 preferred by manufacturers nowadays).

Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It has dual nano SIM support, NFC, aptX support, a USB Type-C port, and a respectable 3,430 mAh battery. It also has a fingerprint sensor like most modern mid-range phones. But since this is a Sony, this one has it embedded on its power button on the side.

As for the cameras, the handset packs a 23MP 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS mobile sensor for its rear camera with a f/2.0 lens, PDAF, and LED flash. The front camera uses an 8MP sensor with a wide 24mm lens with an aperture of f/2.0.
