Lenovo finally launches the K8 Note in the Philippines. The mid-range phone will compete against 18:9 devices from Vivo, Huawei, and OPPO.

The Lenovo K8 Note features a full HD 5.5-inch display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3. The device is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X23 processor (ten cores).

As for the cameras, the K8 Note comes with a dual 13MP + 5MP rear camera setup with f/1.7 lens and a dual LED flash. The front camera uses a 13MP sensor with a f/2.o lens and a front facing LED flash.

Aside from the dual cams, the K8 Note also features a massive 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging. It has a fingerprint scanner at the rear and Dolby Atmos support.

The biggest plus here (for me at least) is that the device will be the first Lenovo smartphone to ship with stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The company also mentioned an update to Oreo sometime in the future.

The Lenovo K8 Note will have a retail price of PHP13,999. If you’re interested in getting on the device, it will be part of Lazada’s Online Revolution sale on November 9, 2017 for just PHP8,999.
