The 6GB variant of the OPPO F5 is finally announced. It’s the same F5 that we know and love, but with more RAM and double the storage.

An updated variant of the OPPO F5 was recently announced. It’s the same Selfie Expert that we know and love, but this time with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. It will be available starting December 9, 2017, but comes at a cost. The upgraded handset will have a retail price of Php21,990 with a free Olike bluetooth speaker worth Php2,990 in tow.
While additional storage is always welcome, it has little impact on the phone’s performance. The additional RAM, however, does as it improves multitasking, allowing the device to run more apps in the background.

The OPPO F5 features a 6-inch full HD+ display, an octa-core MediaTek MT6763T processor, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. The Selfie Expert comes with a 20MP front camera with a bright f/2.0 lens and an onscreen flash, while the rear camera packs a 16MP sensor with a f/1.8 lens, PDAF, and a LED flash.
The OPPO F5 6GB will have a retail price of Php21,990. It will be available starting December 9, 2017. It comes with a free Olike bluetooth speaker worth Php2,990.
