The OPPO R17 Pro main feature is the triple camera module at the back. The main camera has a 12MP sensor with 1/2.5-inch size and comes with a variable aperture of f/1.5 – f/2.4.

It has a secondary 20MP camera and a third 3D TOF depth sensor. TOF cameras are usually used for face unlock, but this one can be used for 3D photo captures.

The 25MP front camera is housed on the watderdrop notch.

The OPPO R17 Pro comes with a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 2340 x 1080 resolution and a 91.5% screen-to-body ratio. Inside, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The handset also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The 3,700 mAh battery is split in two 1,850 mAh halves allowing the 50W SuperVOOC fast charger to reach 40% charge in just 10 minutes.

The OPPI R17 Pro will launch in the Philippines on November 7, 2018. OPPO has been mum about the price, but we’re guessing it will be roughly in the PHP35,000 range.
