HTC Deluxe is the International Version of the Droid DNA?

OPPO Reno12 F 5G Coming Soon

It was first introduced as the HTC J Butterfly in Japan, then as the HTC Droid DNA in the US.  It’s only a matter of time before HTC introduced the 5-inch handset to the rest of the world.

There’s now a leaked photo of a device called the HTC Deluxe doing the tech blog rounds and it is believed to be the international version of Droid DNA.  The photo was leaked on Twitter by @evleaks which is a source of many other leaks in the past.  Nothing is official yet, and apart from the leaked photo, there’s no proof that HTC will even release the handset internationally.  But considering the reception of the HTC Droid DNA, HTC will be foolish not to release it to the rest of the world.

Here’s that HTC Deluxe photo from @evleaks.

The HTC Deluxe, assuming it will keep the specs of the Droid DNA, should feature the same 5-inch 1080p display that has a mind-boggling 440ppi pixel density coated with Gorilla Glass 2.   It should also pack the same main specs like the 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 8-megapixel camera and NFC.  LTE is doubtful but it’s nice if it still makes it to the Deluxe.  We should also expect the device to run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sense 4+.

Why not better the battery life rather than some useless upgrades because of the battery constraints
