According to a Twitter post by @evleaks, HTC will release a possible One Mini successor, the HTC M8 mini. The phone will reportedly have a 1.4Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, a 4.5 inch 720P display, 16GB of storage expandable via microSD, 1GB of RAM, a 13MP cam and 5MP front cam, and on-screen buttons. It will be powered by Android 4.4.2 KitKat and will have Sense 6.0 UI.
Those specs actually looks pretty good. This could be a “mini” phone without the unimpressive “mini” specs. Hopefully, they stick with their plan of pricing this in the $150 to $300 price range.
