Announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) on March 2015, Huawei finally brings the Talkband B2 to the country. Unlike most wearables, this unique piece of hardware features a rectangular smartwatch that doubles as a bluetooth earpiece.
The Talkband B2 comes in three colors. The Black and White variant comes with TPU plastic straps, while the Gold Executive Edition features leather. The touch enabled screen is 0.73 inches in size of the monochrome PMOLED variety with 128 x 88 pixel resolution. It has a 95 mAh battery, which Huawei claims to give up to 6 days of working time. It has a single button on the side.
As a fitness tracker, the Talkband B2 is IP57 water and dust resistant. It has a 6-motion axis sensor, said to detect different levels of activity. To get most out of the fitness function of the watch, Huawei has the Huawei Wear app that can be downloaded on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
As a headset, it connects via Bluetooth 3.0 and comes equipped with dual-microphones with noise reduction.

The Huawei Talkband B2 Sports Edition (black and white) retails for PHP 6,990, while the Gold Executive Edition is priced at PHP 7,990. It is now available in Huawei kiosks and stores nationwide.
