The Philippines’ leading Apple Authorized Service Provider, Power Mac Center, made enhacements to its repair and inquiry process at the start of 2016. Their objective is to bring added convenience and accessibility to customers though improvements in vital service levels.

So what can we expect from here on out? Expect an enhanced Service Menu for easier transactions and faster turnaround times. They have a customer service team trained to make things easier for customers in need. They also added special lanes to quickly serve the elderly, pregnant and persons with disabilities (PWD) customers.
