Congratulations to the winners of the Smart Launchpad contest! Two singers and a vlogger showcased their talents on YouTube and won a trip to LA and a Samsung prize pack!
Smart Launchpad
Smart Launchpad is a talent search and content creation program. The three-day event, held at the First Pacific Leadership Academy in Antipolo City, included workshops and talks from prominent YouTube and social media experts Carlo Ople, Enrique CuUnjieng and Frank Aldana. Other speakers that shared their knowledge on content creation include Nicole Andersson and make-up guru Michelle Dy for vlogging, choreographer Paulo Infante for dance, and recording artist Moira dela Torre for singing.
The winners, MJ Labenia, Lesha Litonjua and Tops Unay, shared their talents on YouTube and was rewarded for owning their passions. As part of their prizes, the three are going to Los Angeles to collaborate with international star and YouTube content creator, The Filharmonic. They will also get a Samsung prize pack that includes a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone, the Samsung Gear 360 camera, and a Samsung VR.
Smart took its Launchpad Upload Stations to different malls and schools all over the country. At the stations, content creators are encouraged to make entries on the spot and upload them on YouTube.
