OPPO unveils the OPPO F1s Limited, its partnership with Smart and the new face of the selfie generation, Alden Richards.

OPPO recently introduced its new face for the selfie generation, Alden Richards. Not that they were trying hard to keep it a secret. The company released a very obvious teaser image on its Facebook page sometime back. It wasn’t that hard to guess who the new face was.
If for some reason you don’t know who Alden Richards is, the Kapuso actor is half of the uber popular loveteam, ALDUB. Together with Maine Mendoza, the two captivated audiences (as well as the Twitterverse) with their love story told in noon time show Eat Bulaga’s Kalyeserye segment.
Partners Smart, Lazada and More
You can get the OPPO F1s Limited from Smart Prepaid and Postpaid. The selfie expert is available with a LTE Prepaid SIM card and comes with free 100MB of data per month for Facebook and games, and a 1GB data reward every time you reload P300. On postpaid, it is bundled with Smart Postpaid Giga Plan 999 which comes with a monthly allocation of 5GB of data, 50 minutes of All-Net calls, unlimited SMS to all networks and an additional 1GB data for YouTube, Pokemon Go, and more.
You can also get the smartphone through Lazada, OPPO’s long-time partner. The e-commerce store has just added the F1s Limited to its growing roster of OPPO phones for online shoppers.
Consumer finance provider Home Credit has also extended its partnership with OPPO to January 2017. Currently, Home Credit is offering the F1s at zero percent interest at P1,449/month.
OPPO F1s Limited
The OPPO F1s Limited is the same great selfie phone, but this time, in a special metallic grey shade. The new color gives it a more premium vibe despite P12,990 price tag. Under the hood is an octa-core MediaTek MT 6750 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and a (now standard) 32GB storage. The 5.5 inch HD display uses IPS technology, giving it nice, saturated colors.
The main draw of the OPPO F1s is its 16MP front camera (hence, the selfie expert branding) with an f/2.0 aperture and a 1/3 inch sensor. The back camera uses a similar sized 13MP sensor with an aperture of f/2/2.
