The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 officially launches in the Philippines. Billed to provide the ultimate cinematic experience, the tablet features a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display, capable of supporting media in 10-bit colored High Dynamic Range, immersive viewers with impressive colors and detail. It also comes with a quad stereo speaker setup from AKG by Harman for a more immersive listening experience; and a sizable 32GB storage that can be expanded via the microSD card slot.
One of the more interesting feature of the Galaxy Tab S3 is that it comes with a Redefined S Pen. The stylus allows for a more natural experience. It comes with specialized tools and real pen features that enable users to efficiently create content.
At the heart of the device beats a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with an Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB RAM. It also boasts support for the Vulkan API that allows for a superior graphics performance in games.
As for the cameras, the Galaxy Tab S3 comes with a 13MP main camera with an aperture of f1.9, autofocus, and an LED flash. The front camera uses a 5MP sensor. It has an f2.2 aperture and the capability to capture 1080p videos.
