HMD Global announces the availability of a 3G-enabled Nokia 3310 in the Philippines.

Nokia 3310 3G Philippines

I remember having the original Nokia 3310 way back when it was THE phone to have. While not as indestructible as memes have you believe, the phone was quite durable with an impressive battery life to boot. It was re-released earlier in the year by HMD Global, boasting a sleeker, modern design.

Fast forward to today, a new version has arrived. The Nokia 3310 3G is the same device this time with an added 3G data connection, dual SIM support, and a 24-day standby time. Aside from that, the phone also added minor customization options, allowing usersto change the icon colors and position to ensure easy reach of most used functions.

This is probably the second most asked question I have regarding the Nokia 3310. I reached out to them before asking where to get one, but didn’t get a response.

Those looking for official sellers can check SM Appliances, Anson’s, and PC Express stores for availability. I chanced upon Nokia 3310 units there while out in malls. It is also available in online through Lazada, and unofficially in other online sellers.
