The Xiaomi Mi A2 and the Mi A2 Lite are now official. Xiaomi confirms the handsets, naming them both in an announcement on its Twitter account. The launch date is also confirmed to be on July 24, 2018 in Spain.

The Mi A2 is said to come with a 5.99-inch full HD+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 3/4/6GB RAM variations, and up to 128GB of storage. It is expected to have a 20MP + 12MP dual camera setup, and a 3,000 mAh battery.

The Mi A2 Lite, on the other hand, will come with a 5.84-inch full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. It will have a 12MP + 5MP rear camera, and a bigger 4,000 mAh battery.
Both handsets will run on Android One Oreo.
While the phones are official, the specs are based on leaks, so its best to take these with a healthy grain of salt.
