Vivo, with partner Ayala Malls, successfully completed the first 3-on-3 Vivo HoopBattle Championship in the Philippines.

The sports event was held at the Market! Market! in BGC, Taguig where the top eight teams faced of to claim the top spot. The top eight teams are the Ballers, Metrostar Realty, Team F4, BS Susim Shipping, Team Core, Just Coco, Arellano University, and Team Enderun.

The final two teams will be sent to Guangzhou, China this August and will play against other groups from participating Asian countries. They will also get cash prizes of PHP200,000 or PHP100,000.
If any of the Philippine teams enters the top three in the final games, they will also bring home prizes of RMB400,000 (roughly PHP3 million), RMB120,000 (around PHP900,000), and RMB80,000 (around PHP600,000), respectively.
The HoopBattle Championship is an annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament held in some districts in China and other Asian countries. In the Philippines, the tournament is organized by Vivo in cooperation with Ayala Malls.
