Fujifilm GFX100 large format camera launches in the Philippines

Fujifilm recently launched the GFX100 in the Philippines. The professional grade mirrorless camera packs a 100MP large format sensor. These types of cameras are for professional photographers, but it can be for enthusiasts as well if you can afford it.

The Fujifilm GFX100 features a 102MP large CMOS sensor, 5.5-stop five axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS) mechanism, fast autofocus speeds, and the latest X-Processor image processing engine. The large format camera also has 4K/30p video recording capabilities and supports 16-bit RAW and 16-bit TIFF.

The large format camera also has a compact, lightweight and robust body, an ultra-high definition electronic viewfinder (EVF) with 5.76M dots, and two battery ports with USB charging.

As for the price, the Fujifilm GFX100 retails for PHP 599,999 (body only). The price may look eye popping but like I mentioned, it is a large format camera aimed at professionals. And because of this, it is likely a popular choice, considering rival cameras of the same specifications go upwards of a million pesos.
