Netflix is the most popular streaming service for movies and shows. And if you’re not yet on the bandwagon, I recommend you hop on. Here, we have the different Netflix subscription plans in the Philippines, so you can choose which one best suits you.
Netflix became available in the Philippines in 2016 with a limited selection of content. Now, they offer a ton of movies and shows, including Filipino titles, anime, documentaries, and a whole lot more.
In our household, we disconnected our cable service and use a combination of local TV and streaming services like Netflix, HBO GO, and YouTube for entertainment. We stream to our TVs using a Chromecast or straight to smart TVs or Android TVs in some cases.

If you’re not sure if you’ll like Netflix, the streaming service has a 30 day free trial period, or you can try their most affordable Mobile Plan.
You can pay using credit or debit cards. If you don’t have one, you can pay using PayMaya and GCash via virtual cards. You can also avail of a Netflix subscription bundled with Smart Signature SIM-only plans.

Is it safe to share my account to a friend?
Yes. But Netflix might soon impose a fee for accounts that are “not in the same household.” It’s not yet implemented in the PH, though.
How can I acquire Netflix account? And How to pay if without credit card?
You can apply on the netflix’s site or the app. If you don’t have a credit card, you can use debit cards. PayMaya and GCash both have virtual debit cards you can use.
I have an existing account for mobile device. How do I upgrade it to Standard?
Login to your account (on netflix.com) on a PC. Click on your profile on the upper right corner and then click on account. Click on Change Plan under Plan Details and choose your desired plan.
do we have yearly subscriptions here in the philippines?
Only monthly plans as far as I am aware.
is the download in plan 349 limited? im watching while on the move and not using any data … so i prefer downloading episodes of greys anatomy if im done watching 6 episodes im deleting those episode and download another batch … but last day i also delete but cannot download …
Netflix said you can have up to 100 downloads. But it depends on the shows and titles you are downloading. The limit depends on Netflix’s licensing agreements with said shows and titles. All downloads will have different expiration dates. On plan 369, you are allowed to have downloads on only one device.
