Need help? Here’s how to submit a ticket on GCash

If you’re having issues on GCash, this article will show you how to reach their customer service channels by submitting a ticket.

Reaching GCash for after sales concerns isn’t as straight forward as calling their hotline. The company has no straightforward way of reaching their channels. Instead, they have a ticketing system where you can submit your inquiries.

In recent months, GCash has seen tremendous growth, recording over 40 million recorded users as of May 2021. And as digital transactions increase, so do the issues and concerns we face on the services.

You can try to message them on Facebook and Twitter, but the best way to reach them is by submitting a ticket on the GCash app. Here’s how to do it:

How to submit a ticket on GCash

  1. Open your GCash app.
  2. Go to “Profile” (icon on the lower right).
  3. Go to “Help.”
  4. Tap “Submit a Ticket.”
  5. Fill out the ticket form. You will need to enter your email address, your GCash-registered name and mobile number, etc. You can even include attachments such as screenshots.
  6. Tap “Submit” to complete the transaction.

You can also follow up on a submitted ticket. Just create a new ticket and choose “I want to follow up on my ticket” in the Concern Category.

If you have other issues, you can also look up GCash’s Help Center, which lists numerous answers and solutions to common concerns. You can check it out on the app or on here (if you’re on a browser).

If for some reason you can’t access your GCash app, you can try reaching out to them via chatbot at https://help.gcash.com/hc/en-us. If you’re on a desktop or laptop, its the Chat with Gigi icon found on the lower right.
