The Batman will stream on HBO GO starting April 18

The Batman will soon stream on HBO GO starting April 18. The latest installment of the dark knight stars Robert Pattinson as the titular hero, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin. The film is directed by Matt Reeves.

The movie was shown in cinemas last March and grossed over USD 600 million. It received positive reviews and managed an 85% on Rotten Tomatoes. The film sees Batman just two years into crime-fighting.

I’d say the movie itself is good enough to subscribe to HBO GO, if you haven’t yet. Its relatively affordable at Php 149 per month or Php 299 for three months. New subscribers also get a 7-day free trial period. Go here for information about HBO GO: HBO GO: Affordable subscription plan, how to avail in the Philippines.

The Batmans synopsis: When a killer targets Gotham’s elite with a series of sadistic machinations, a trail of cryptic clues sends Batman on an investigation into the underworld, where he encounters such characters as Selina Kyle, Oz, aka The Penguin, Carmine Falcone, and Edward Nashton aka The Riddler. As the evidence begins to lead closer to home and the scale of the perpetrator’s plans becomes clear, Batman must forge new relationships, unmask the culprit, and bring justice to the abuse of power and corruption that has long plagued Gotham City.
