We were fortunate to cover the HUAWEI APAC Smart Office Launch in Bangkok, Thailand. The brand showcased a wide range of Smart Office products that include the HUAWEI MateBook X Pro, HUAWEI MatePad Pro 11, HUAWEI MateBook 16s, HUAWEI MateBook D 16, HUAWEI MateView SE, HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2, HUAWEI WiFi Mesh3, AX3 Pro HUAWEI Stylish Backpack, and HUAWEI Wireless Mouse.
The devices were all designed to work together using HUAWEI’s 1+8+N concept, covering 5 different scenarios — Smart Office, Fitness & Health, Entertainment, Smart Home, and Easy Travel.
HUAWEI’s 1+8+N concept puts the smartphone at the center as One (1), through which HUAWEI’s ecosystem partners can connect to and serve users across Eight (8) supporting devices to create a fully-connected IoT environment with Endless (N) services.
Here are all the devices HUAWEI announced at the APAC Smart Office Launch 2022.
HUAWEI MateBook X Pro
The HUAWEI MateBook X Pro is a new-paradigm laptop that transcends the traditional notion of how a laptop should look, and what it is capable of. It comes in a metallic body and an elegant ink blue color. The use of light and strong magnesium alloys in the full-CNC unibody design means that the laptop weighs only 1.26kg, making it highly portable and durable.
The 14.2-inch Real Color FullView Display obtained the world’s first Eye Comfort 3.0 certification by TÜV Rheinland, and universal color consistency technology ensures that the same pristine colors will display on your Huawei laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
All HUAWEI MateBook X Pro laptops were certified by Intel Evo, and come with 12th Gen Core processors. The 30W performance mode handles intensive tasks with remarkable ease. Thanks to system-level optimization supported by upgraded Super Turbo technology, the laptop works seamlessly with the Windows system to unleash powerful performance and create a smoother experience in video conferences and heavy-load office work.
The new AI camera feature allows for the creation of immersive portable conference spaces, and the Super Device feature, coupled with innovative interactive gestures, provides for cutting-edge functionality.
HUAWEI MatePad Pro 11
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 11 is an 11-inch new tablet that comes with an OLED Real Color HUAWEI FullView Display with a 92% screen-to-body ratio and a buttery-smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. It is the world’s first TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display 3.0-certified tablet.
Weighing just 440g with a thickness of just 5.9mm, HUAWEI MatePad Pro 11 is the lightest and thinnest 11-inch premium tablet of the brand. Featuring HUAWEI SOUND, which is also a first on a tablet, it offers an instant cinematic immersion.
High-level features like Multi-Window make multi-tasking remarkably easy while working alongside the 1.5 mm detachable HUAWEI Smart Magnetic Keyboard and newly-enhanced HUAWEI M-Pencil (2nd generation). Effectively working with HUAWEI Notes, users can have a more professional and integrated experience in creating content to their liking, fully releasing the potential and advantages of the HUAWEI M-Pencil on tablets.
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 11 will start pre-orders in the Philippines on July 29 and on sale in stores starting August 6.
HUAWEI MateBook D 16 and Matebook 16s
The HUAWEI MateBook D 16 is the latest addition to the HUAWEI MateBook D series and received major upgrades.
The MateBook D 16 comes with a gorgeous 16-inch display and a thin and lightweight design with 18.4 mm thickness and weighing just 1.7 kg. Equipped with the HUAWEI Metaline Antenna, the 16-inch laptop is the first laptop that could improve the signal conversion rate by 56% and facilitates high-speed Internet access. It also comes chock full of cutting-edge features, including Super Device, a Fingerprint Power Button, and fast charging.
The HUAWEI MateBook series include HUAWEI MateBook 16s, HUAWEI MateBook 14s, and HUAWEI MateBook 14 laptop models, and represents an enormous across-the-board improvement, especially in the display, overall performance, and smart capabilities. All laptops come with 12th Gen Intel Core Processors, providing pro-level creation and high-level office functionality.

The HUAWEI MateBook 16s packs Intel’s Evo-certified i9-12900H Processor, and features a vast 16-inch 2.5K touchscreen, with an average ΔE<1 high color accuracy, and a 1080p AI camera, which keeps video calls crystal clear. Meanwhile, the HUAWEI MateBook 14s and MateBook 14 come with a 14-inch FullView Display and 3:2 aspect ratio, offering robust features in a portable form.

HUAWEI MateView SE
The HUAWEI MateView SE represents an exciting new choice in Huawei’s growing family of monitors, coming with a 23.8-inch display that features a 92% screen-to-body ratio, a 90% P3 color gamut. and 100% sRGB color gamut. Each HUAWEI MateView SE device is individually calibrated prior to delivery, to ensure that the color accuracy of the screen meets the △E < 2 standard.
The monitor’s eBook Mode produces an iconic ink-on-paper effect, to make long-term editing and reading easier. The screen have the TÜV Rheinland low blue light and flicker-free certifications, as well as the first-ever low visual fatigue certification issued by SGS.
The Adjustable Swivel Stand Edition supports pivot rotation from 0° to 90° vertical pivot, 0mm to 110mm up and down height adjustment, -5°to 18° pitch angle adjustment, and VESA wall mounting. These viewing angle adjustments can help users maintain a healthy posture, while also sparing the eyes.
The HUAWEI MateView SE will be on sale in the Philippines starting August 6.
HUAWEI WiFi Mesh 3 and AX 3 Pro
The latest HUAWEI WiFi Mesh 3 is equipped with Whole Home WiFi 6 Plus for high-speed WiFi of up to 250+ connections that cover 400 square meters. Mesh 3 supports Wi-Fi Bonding and backup which create connections between routers with all bands at the same time for higher and stable network efficiency. There are 8 kinds of roaming technologies to lower the switching latency to 50ms and keep the devices connected to the optimal signal.
There is also HUAWEI WiFi AX3 Pro, with 3000 Mbps, and supports Smart office acceleration, one touch-connect, and visualized Wi-Fi Diagnosis to bring an excellent smart Wi-Fi experience.
HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2
The HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 EarBuds come with the Ultra-hearing dual-driver true sound system and digital cross-over technology, delivering better bass and good sound quality with rich details. The TWS received the HWA and Hi-Res Wireless Dual HD Audio Certification.
In addition to sound quality, the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 continues to set new standards for TWS noise cancellation. The new call noise cancellation feature called Pure Voice improves voice call quality, thanks to its 4-Mic Call Noise Cancellation system and Huawei-exclusive deep neural network (DNN) noise cancellation algorithm.

The Triple Mic ANC System with 3 highly sensitive microphones boosts the average ANC depth by 15% when compared to its predecessor, with offers a wider noise cancellation frequency with up to 47dB of noise cancellation.
At the same time, HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 is co-engineered with Devialet for tuning, providing it with the perfect balance of technology and art to deliver a more appealing experience.

HUAWEI Stylish Backpack and HUAWEI Wireless Mouse
The brand-new HUAWEI Stylish Backpack features an understated design with an 18.5 L capacity that can fit an 11 to 16-inch laptop, a water-proof PU fabric, and high-density sponge materials.
The HUAWEI Wireless Mouse is the first mouse to support Seamless Handoff among Three Devices by ScreenHop, to make cross-device handoffs more seamless than ever. The ergonomic design is designed with office workers in mind, serving as an uber-comfortable resting surface for the fingers, to produce a hand-in-glove grip.
HUAWEI nova Y90

It is equipped with a rear 50MP AI Triple Camera that features Super Night Mode, Front/Rear Dual-view Video, and AI Snapshot, among others. It runs on EMUI 12 operating system, which delivers a convenient, smooth, and reliable all-scenario interactive experience.
