To join, just purchase any Power All 99 promo (including All Data 99, TikTok Saya 99, Famload All Access 99, Booster 99, and Giga Video 99) or any Php 149 subscription (including All Data+ 149 and TikTok Saya 149) from any channel (online, retail, Smart App, or Smart website).
Each purchase qualifies you for one Trick or Treat Pumpkin Scratch Card, accessible for playing through the Smart App or website.
Winners can claim their prizes through the Smart App.
