Early iOS 18.2 update this December to bring more Apple Intelligence features

When Apple rolled out iOS 18.1 in October, it brought the first Apple Intelligence features to supported iPhones, iPads, and Macs. This time, a new update is on the way, which brings even more features to Apple’s AI.

According to this report from Bloomberg, iOS 18.2 is coming as early as December 2nd. This update will bring significant improvements to Apple Intelligence, including ChatGPT integration, the introduction of the Image Playground app, and the expansion of Genmoji functionality.

Beyond the US, iOS 18.2 will also support more English languages within the European Union, expanding the reach of Apple’s AI features.

Moreover, iOS 18.4 is going to be Apple’s next major update, slated to arrive in April 2025. It will bring notable improvements to Siri, allowing the AI assistant access to users’ data and screen information, which will enable the assistant to provide more contextually relevant and personalized assistance.

In addition, future updates will see Apple continuing to explore more features, including Google Gemini integration, which could arrive next year.
