Epson introduces online warranty extension service

Epson recognizes the importance of hassle-free warranty solutions. To respond to this need, the company has launched CoverPlus, an extended warranty offering.

Epson customers can access this service online through the MyEpson Portal, an all-in-one customer platform that streamlines warranty management, that allows both businesses and individual users to extend the coverage of their Epson devices.

Warranty Extension Process

CoverPlus makes extending warranties quick and convenient through a four-step process:

  1. Access the MyEpson Portal – Users log into their MyEpson accounts or register for access.
  2. Register Product Warranty – Input the serial number and purchase date to activate the standard warranty.
  3. Select and Purchase Extended Coverage – Choose from a range of CoverPlus options and complete the purchase via coverplusonline.com.ph or coverplus.t3k.com.ph.
  4. Confirmation – The system verifies the serial number and sends a purchase confirmation to the registered email for easy documentation.

This process ensures a turnaround time of under one hour, and offers customers the benefit of up to five years of warranty protection.

With CoverPlus, customers gain comprehensive protection that extends beyond the standard manufacturer warranty. They also enjoy expert support through direct access to Epson’s team for quick resolution of technical issues and flexible payment options, such as Maya.

Masako Kusama, President and Director of Epson Philippines, shared, “We understand the challenges businesses and individual customers face in managing their technology investments. The integration of CoverPlus into our online platform enhances the customer experience and provides efficient tools to protect their assets. We are thrilled to offer this service online and bring comprehensive warranty coverage closer to our users.”
