OPPO unveiled budget-friendly A5x 5G with durable design and large battery

OPPO has unveiled the OPPO A5x 5G, an affordable handset that combines durability, long battery life, and fast charging, making it a strong contender in the budget segment.

OPPO A5x 5G

The OPPO A5x 5G has a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1000 nit peak brightness. Under the hood, it comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

For photography, the A5x 5G is equipped with a 32MP main camera and a 5MP selfie shooter. Interestingly, an IR sensor is housed within the second lens cutout enabling remote functionality.

Durability is also major highlight, boasting an IP65 dust and water resistance design and military grade shock resistance. Other notable features include a side-fingerprint scanner, a headphone jack, and ColorOS 15 (Android 15).

Price and Availability

The OPPO A5x 5G is priced at INR 13,999 (₱9,100 or $165) in India. However, availability in other regions has yet to be confirmed. For more details, visit your local OPPO website.
