vivo T4 Ultra unveiled with Dimensity 9300+, 50MP main camera

vivo has launched the vivo T4 Ultra in India, bringing flagship performance at an affordable price, featuring a Dimensity 9300+ chipset and a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera.

The vivo T4 Ultra features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1600 nits.

Under the hood, it is powered by the aforementioned Dimensity 9300+ chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. It is also equipped with a 5,500mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging.

On the photography side, the handset has a dual camera setup, headlined by a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope lens. It also has a 32MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.

Other noteworthy features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IP64 dust and water resistance build, and Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.

vivo T4 Ultra

The vivo T4 Ultra will be available in India starting June 18, 2025, with the following price tags:

  • 8GB+256GB: ₹37,999 (₱24,800)
  • 12GB+256GB: ₹39,999 (₱26,100)
  • 12GB+512GB: ₹41,999 (₱27,400)
