Google has launched a new AI-powered feature called Flight Deals, coming (in beta) to users in the US, Canada, and India. The tool is for travelers who want to save money and don’t have fixed plans.
Instead of using filters or picking dates, users can type simple phrases like “week-long trip this winter to a city with great food” or “10-day ski trip to a world-class resort.” Google’s AI understands the request and shows matching flights from hundreds of airlines and booking sites.
Flight Deals is part of Google Flights. It’s designed to help people discover destinations they might not think of, based on their budget and preferences. The tool uses real-time flight data and AI to make search easier and more flexible.
There’s no need to sign up. Users can access Flight Deals from the top-left menu on Google Flights or through its dedicated page.
Google also added a small update to the regular Flights tool: users in the US and Canada can now filter out basic economy fares.
