Green GSM has received the E-Mobility Award for Technology Adoption from the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP). The award was given at the 13th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS), the country’s top event for electric mobility.
The company was recognized for launching the Philippines’ first all-electric taxi fleet. It uses VinFast electric vehicles and has built charging stations, digital tools, and training programs for drivers. Its system tracks vehicle performance and battery levels, while its Secure to Safe (S2S) app helps keep passengers safe and informed.
Green GSM also works with local partners, sharing its technology and charging network. This helps other businesses run electric vehicles more efficiently and cut down on emissions.
Managing Director Dao Quy Phi said the award shows the company’s long-term commitment to electric transport in the Philippines. He noted that Green GSM is working with government agencies to support the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA).
