Rollout begins with GT 8 Pro in November 2025.

realme has officially introduced realme UI 7.0. Their latest Android-based interface brings a mix of visual updates, AI-powered tools, and performance improvements. The update is built on top of Android 16 and will debut on the realme GT 8 Pro, with a wider rollout starting in November 2025.

Following in the foot steps of Apple’s Liquid Glass, the new interface features a Light Glass Design with layered transparency and redesigned “Ice Cube” icons. It also offers a refreshed Control Center and a restructured dock, which aim to improve clarity and usability.

realme UI 7.0 also adds cross-platform support for iPhone and Apple Watch, enabling call, message, and health data sync. AI-powered features include the AI Notify Brief, which summarizes notifications; the AI Framing Master, which helps in photography composition; and the AI Gaming Coach, which analyzes user behavior in gaming for performance tips.

Under the hood, the OS is powered by the Flux Engine, which boosts responsiveness by up to 15% and improves app scrolling by up to 29%. A new multitasking sidebar and smoother animations round out the system-level upgrades.

Personalization options have expanded with Flux Theme 2.0, panoramic Always-On Display, and support for Live Photos and video wallpapers. Users can also customize fingerprint animations, icon sizes, and lock screen styles.
