Francisco Motors unveils Elektron SUV EV in the Philippines

Francisco Motors has unveiled the Elektron SUV EV, its first electric passenger vehicle. Pricing starts at ₱1,947,000,

The Elektron comes in three versions. The Basic has a single motor, 54.9kWh battery, 400km range, and 160km/h top speed. The Fashion uses a 63kWh battery with up to 500km range. The Deluxe adds dual motors with all-wheel drive, an 81.5kWh battery, 600km range, and 180km/h top speed.

Inside, it offers a digital cluster, touchscreen infotainment, wireless charging, and a panoramic sunroof. Safety features include driver-assist systems. Charging is supported by CCS2 fast charging, which can top up the battery in about 30 minutes.

Reservations are open for the first 1,947 units, matching the Deluxe version’s price. Buyers get an 8-year or 150,000km warranty covering the battery, motors, and electronics.
