MSI Crosshair A16 HX MLG Edition launches in PH

MSI has launched the Crosshair A16 HX MLG Edition in the Philippines. The gaming laptop pairs high-end hardware with a white-themed design and exclusive MLG accessories, with prices starting at PHP 138,995.

The Crosshair A16 HX MLG Edition features a 16-inch QHD+ display with a 240Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. The panel is designed for fast-paced gaming, while also offering enough color accuracy for content creation tasks.

At its core is up to an AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX processor with 16 cores and 32 threads, paired with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with 8GB GDDR7 memory. The laptop can deliver up to 190W of combined CPU and GPU power through its OverBoost technology.

Cooling is handled by MSI’s Cooler Boost system, which uses dual fans, five heat pipes, and four exhaust vents. This setup helps the laptop maintain stable performance during long gaming sessions and heavy workloads.

What makes this edition stand out is its Stellar White finish. It comes with custom MLG branding, a white keyboard, RGB lighting, and red accents throughout the chassis. The design is inspired by LOONG:NIA, also known as MLG, MSI’s dragon-themed original character.

The laptop also supports up to 96GB of DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen4 and Gen5 storage. Other features include Wi‑Fi 6E, HDMI 2.1, USB-C with DisplayPort and Power Delivery, Nahimic audio, and MSI AI Engine.

The MSI Crosshair A16 HX MLG Edition starts at PHP 138,995 and is now available through authorized retailers in the Philippines.

MSI is bundling the laptop with an MLG Edition mouse, headset, and extended gaming mouse pad. Selected markets will also get a limited-quantity MLG character figure bundle while supplies last.
