Cogito Pop is now available in the country. Brought in by Thinkscape Co., analog smart watch shows notifications for SMS, MMS, email, social networks, and other information such as calendar events and alarms. It also has remote functions for music and camera, plus a phone finder button.
The Pop connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0, and is compatible with devices running iOS7 and Android 4.3 Jellybean (and above). Other notable features include water resistance of up to 100m, and an “extra-long battery life.”
Cogito Pop serves as an extension of the smartphone, not a duplication of it. The watch allows users to organize an array of home, work and social communications. Notifications appear, at a glance, directly on the wrist and provide seamless link with those calls and messages deemed most important by the user. The watches look great. It’s nicely designed, and the materials look and feel premium. I like that the watch tells time first, then the notifications later. For me, this is better than having a gadget that masquerades as a watch.
