In case you missed it, GoPro recently announced three new action cameras targeting different price points — the GoPro Hero 7 Black, GoPro Hero 7 Silver, and the GoPro Hero 7 White.
The GoPro Hero 7 Black is the premium model and features a new HyperSmooth Video function that promises gimbal-like stabilization without using an actual gimbal. It comes with a rugged and waterproof body that can survive up up to 33 ft (10m).
The camera has 12MP sensor that can shoot photos in RAW, videos up to 4K (1080p240), and 8x Slo-Mo. It also has a new SuperPhoto function that GoPro claims ca make “shots look amazing automatically with HDR, local tone mapping and noise reduction in any light.”

The GoPro Hero 7 Silver sits in the middle of the pack. It comes with a 10MP sensor with HDR wrapped in a rugged and waterproof body. It can shoot 4K30 videos, has video stabilization, and can survive up to 33ft underwater. Controls are handled via a touchscreen, and offer voice control for hands free use.
Last, we have the budget model GoPro Hero 7 White. This one also features a rugged and waterproof build of up to 33 ft. It’s 10MP sensor can shoot up to FHD resolution supported by video stabilization. It also has a touch screen and voice control.
The GoPro Hero 7 Black, GoPro Hero 7 Silver and GoPro Hero 7 White are priced at USD399, USD299, and USD199, respectively. When converted, that’s roughly around PHP22,000, PHP16,400 and PHP10,900.
The action cameras will be available in international markets starting September 27, 2018.
