Promate now offers 2 years warranty

Promate now offers a two-year international warranty for all of its products. This covers all Promate items bought from anywhere they are present globally. You can check the each Promate product’s manual for the warranty policy.

Just present the defective item with the proof of purchase (either a receipt or invoice) to any of their partners. You can also send them a message on their Facebook page to speed up the product replacement.

Take note that the warranty only covers defects. The item must have no physical damage or signs of customer mishandling.
