vivo launches the Y55 5G in Taiwan. The handset has similar specs to the vivo Y76 5G, but with a larger 5000mAh battery and a smaller 4GB RAM.
The vivo Y55 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip with 4GB+128GB and a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS display and an 8MP selfie snapper in the front. At the back, there’s a 50MP main camera supported by a couple of 2MP shooters for depth and macro.
The handset has a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB-C. It also features a side fingerprint scanner and a Funtouch OS 12.
The vivo Y55 5G comes in black and blue colorways with price of NTD 7,990 which is around ~Php 15,000+. There are no details yet of global availability, let alone the Philippines.
