HONOR will launch the budget phone HONOR X7a and a couple of laptops, the MagicBook X14 and MagicBook X15, in the Philippines.
After the success of the HONOR X9a 5G, HONOR hopes to replicate the same fanfare with a new 4G phone in the HONOR X7a.
The handset features a 6.74-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate, powered by an entry-level MediaTek Helio G37 gaming chipset. It’s not known which variant will be revealed in the country, but it’s either 4GB+128GB or 6GB+128GB.
The HONOR X7a has a quad camera setup with a 50MP primary, 5MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro cameras. While for selfies and video calls, there’s an 8MP shooter under a waterdrop notch.
The phone also comes with a 6000mAh battery, no doubt one of its highlight features, and supports 22.5W fast charging. Other relevant specs include a side fingerprint scanner and Android 12.
As for the HONOR MagicBook X series laptops, we’re looking at two sizes, 14-inch (MagicBook X 14) and 15.6-inch (MagicBook X 15). They come in either an Intel Core i5-1135G7 or an Intel Core i3-1115G4 with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. It also comes with multiple ports, including two USB-C ports (one of which is for power), two USB-A ports, an HDMI port, and an audio combo jack.
