Southeast Asian super-app, Grab, has turned to Zoom’s platform solutions to empower its employees across its offices.
With Grab’s teams spread out across Southeast Asia and beyond, Zoom has provided the right technology to support flexible and hybrid work environments, which have become increasingly popular due to the pandemic.
Grab uses a variety of Zoom’s platform solutions, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Events, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Webinars. In addition to Zoom Whiteboards, Grab has deployed Zoom Rooms across 400 meeting and conference rooms in its offices to help employees collaborate effectively. Grab also uses Zoom Events and Zoom Mesh for internal town halls, taking advantage of the platform’s reliability and security for large-scale company events. Zoom Meetings and Webinars are also used to communicate virtually with hybrid teams, partners, and customers.
The company has even integrated Zoom for Workspace Reservation and has piloted the use of Zoom IQ for Sales, a conversational intelligence software, to upskill account managers on the Grab For Business platform.
