The realme 12 Pro Series has been spotted on the TENAA certification website, revealing some of its key specifications. The listing shows two models, the RMX3841 and the RMX3843, likely to be the realme 12 Pro+ and the realme 12 Pro, respectively.
According to the TENAA listing, the RMX3841, or the realme 12 Pro+, will sport a curved 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2412×1080 pixels and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The device will offer 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options, an orange vegan leather variant, and will feature a 64MP+50MP+8MP triple camera setup on the back and a 32MP selfie camera on the front. The device will be powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, which is speculated to be the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, and will pack a 4880mAh battery.
realme also teased a periscope camera which is expected to be the highlight of the Pro+ model.
The RMX3843, or the realme 12 Pro, will have the same curved AMOLED display, storage options, and battery capacity as the Pro+ model. However, it will differ in terms of the chipset and cameras. The device reportedly comes with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, 50MP+32MP+8MP triple cameras, and a 16MP front camera.
The TENAA listing does not reveal the RAM, software, or charging details of the devices. However, it is expected that the realme 12 Series will run on Android 13 with realme UI 4.0 on top, and will support up to 100W fast charging.
realme has not officially announced the launch date of the realme 12 Pro Series, but it is expected to unveil the devices soon. The new number series will be the successor to the realme 11 Pro Series, launched in August 2023 and featuring a Dimensity 7050 chipset, a 200MP main camera, and up to 100W fast charging.
These devices will compete against other mid-range phones from other brands such as Samsung, OPPO, Xiaomi, and vivo.
