vivo officially unveiled the vivo V30 5G, its latest premium smartphone that showcases the brand’s pursuit of details. Like its predecessor, the V30 5G boasts excellent smart photography features, a sleek and curved design, a large and vibrant display, and a bigger battery.
The V30 5G is equipped with a triple camera setup at the back, boasting vivo’s excellent Aura Light LED flash. The main camera uses a 1/1.55″ sized OmniVision OV50E sensor. It also has a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth lens. While at the front, there’s another 50MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
The V30 5G has a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1260×2800 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The display has a max brightness of 2800 nits and a Schott Alpha glass protection.
The phone has a thickness of just 7.5mm and an IP54 dust- and water-resistant build. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset with an Adreno 720 GPU, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
The phone also has a large 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging and runs on Funtouch OS 14, which is based on Android 14.
The vivo V30 5G will be available in Bloom White, Waving Aqua, Lush Green, and Noble Black colors. It is expected to launch in the Philippines soon, with the details and official price to be announced later.
