Vivo 3×3 Basketball Challenge brings exciting action in third season

The vivo 3×3 Basketball Challenge made an electrifying return for its third season on March 22 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. Basketball fans, players, and enthusiasts enjoyed a day of fast-paced games and thrilling moments as 16 teams — eight men’s and eight women’s — battled for victory.

Nonstop Action on the Court

Teams were divided into Group A and Group B, competing in a round-robin format. The rules were simple: the first team to score 21 points or lead at the final buzzer won the game.

Players showcased their skills, teamwork, and determination, delivering incredible dunks, clutch three-pointers, and game-winning shots that had the crowd on their feet.

Adding to the excitement, the NU Dance Company entertained spectators with an energetic performance, making the event a mix of sports and entertainment.

Top Teams Secure Grand Finals Spots

The Hoop Ballers dominated the women’s division with strong defense and smooth plays. In the men’s division, Gameball Basketball impressed with their preparation and teamwork. These teams, along with other top performers, secured spots in the Grand Finals this May.
