Infinix has officially unveiled the GT 30 Pro as the official tournament phone for MPL Season 16. The big news was announced during the MPL Season 15 Playoffs Grand Finals, where Infinix honored top players with awards and exclusive prizes.
Infinix continues to support the gaming community by celebrating esports athletes, including the MPL Alamat Awards, which recognize exceptional talent.
This season’s Grand Champions, Team Liquid Philippines (TLPH), received the GT Champion Set, featuring GT Champion Jackets, GT AI Rings, and GT 30 Pro units.
The brand also introduced the MGT (My Greatest Teammate) Award, which went to Alston “Sanji” Pabico, earning him a GT Trophy and an Infinix Concept Gaming Phone, in recognition of his impact behind the scenes.
The All-Star Team 1 was honored and awarded with GT 20 Pro units. Lastly, the Most Improved Player awardee, Lance “LanceCy” Cunanan, received an Infinix Concept Gaming Phone.
Infinix reaffirms its long-term commitment to Philippine esports, highlighting initiatives like the Infinix Campus Cup (XCC) and its ongoing partnership with MPL. They are also set to officially launch the GT 30 Pro in the Philippines this June, promising high-performance gaming features optimized for competitive mobile gaming.
Infinix GT 30 Pro
The Infinix GT 30 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The screen also has Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
Under the hood, the handset runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate processor with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
It is equipped with a 5500mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging, 30W wireless charging, 10W reverse wired charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging. The handset also offers bypass charging, which bypasses the battery and draws power directly from the charger.
For optics, the GT 30 Pro has a 108MP main camera and a 13MP selfie shooter. Other notable features include GT Triggers and RGB LEDs, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and XOS 15 (Android 15) with Infinix AI.
