Under the hood, it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, available in 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB configurations. It also has a 5850mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging and bypass charging.
On the photography side, the OnePlus 13s is equipped with a 50MP main camera, paired with a 50MP telephoto lens with up to 2x optical zoom. Meanwhile, a 32MP selfie shooter handles selfies and video calls.
On the connectivity end, the OnePlus 13s supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Other notable features include a customizable Plus Key for quick access to essential functions, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and OxygenOS 15.0 (based on Android 15).
