vivo has officially launched the X300 Series. The lineup includes two new smartphones, the X300 and X300 Pro, both focused on imaging and performance. The devices debut with ZEISS-branded cameras and MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 processor.
The vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It comes in two configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.
The rear camera setup includes a 200MP ZEISS main sensor, a 50MP APO telephoto lens (Sony LYT-602), and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. A 50MP front camera handles selfies.
The X300 Pro steps up with a larger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display and a 50MP gimbal-grade main camera. It also includes a 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens (Sony LYT-828) and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. It comes in a single 16GB+512GB variant.
Both phones also feature stereo speakers, USB-C, and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance. The X300 packs a 6040mAh battery, while the Pro model has a 6510mAh battery. Both support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
The devices run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Color options for the X300 include Black, Blue, Purple, Pink, and Red. The X300 Pro comes in Black, Brown, Blue, and White.
